One Oak is a 4,284 sqft historically designated bed and breakfast that was fully restored into a modern farm house in 2018. Due to Napa's agriculture preserve policy no new hotel developments have been allowed in the area since the 1970s. One Oak is the one and only lodging offering in Oakville. Located in the heart of Napa Valley just north of Yountville this property is centrally located for all your winery and restaurant experiences. The One Oak consists of 5 large bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. You may request a room block for all 5 bedrooms should you wish to buyout the property.
Each room has a full en-suite bathroom, natural gas fireplace, walk in closet with stackable laundry, mini bar with a wine fridge and coffee maker.
The entire home has new distressed exposed grain hardwood floors, recessed LED lighting and RH chandeliers. It was furnished with Restoration Hardware king beds, RH leather couches and a mix of local custom made furniture including a live edge Napa Valley redwood table.
There is a full commercial kitchen with new stainless Thermador appliances including a 48" gas range and 42" French door refrigerator/freezer. The counters are Carrara marble coupled with a butcher block wood island. Plenty of cabinet space and a full set of dinning plate ware and cutlery.
Included in the reservation is access to our concierge who can arrange dining, transportation and winery visits.
